Kevin J. D’Espies is a lead attorney who has participated in over 50 jury trials and over 200 non-jury trials. He has been involved with several SEC matters for clients, successfully wrote and argued several appeals before the 4th DCA of Florida and 1st Circuit Court of Appeals. He also authored appellate briefs for 2nd DCA of Florida and successfully argued an appeal before 2nd DCA.
Mr. D’Espies has been a lead attorney for cases in the states of: Nevada, Alabama, Georgia, and Massachusetts.
Mr. D’Espies had the privilege to serve the local community with pro-bono cases and serving as Judge in Teen Court, Highlands County and Broward County, Florida.
Mr. D’Espies has served as Judge in Moot Court for Nova Southeastern University Law Center. Mr. D’Espies is a former Member of Board of Directors Lake Placid AYSO and Central Florida Futbol Association, along with a position as former Member of Board of Directors for Oak Island Homeowner’s Association. Mr. D’Espies was a local soccer coach and involved in Lake Placid Middle School President of PTO 2014-2016. Mr. D’Espies is the treasure for the Highlands County Bar Association since 2014.
